Products and Licence

Each product page describes what the product contains and the licence that comes with it. Where a product page states no licence, you may use the product in your own personal or business projects, but you may not resell, share, give away or upload the files themselves for others to download.

All products, content and materials on this website belong to The Corporate Web or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Except as the licence allows, you may not copy, distribute, modify or resell them without our written consent.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Sale prices and coupons apply only as described on the website at the time of your order. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Please give accurate details at checkout.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally right after payment, or right after you claim a free product. You get the download links on the order confirmation page, by email and in My Account, Downloads. Please use an email address you can access. If a link does not work, contact us and we will fix it.

Refunds and Cancellations

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when we fix a problem or refund an order. In short: a digital file cannot be returned, so we do not refund a purchase because you changed your mind. If a download does not work, a file is damaged, the wrong product was delivered, or you were charged without getting access, contact us within 7 days and we fix it, or refund it if we cannot. An order cannot be cancelled after payment because access is instant.

Free Products

Free products need your name and email address at checkout, are offered as they are, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or sharing paid files.

Fair Use of the Website

Do not try to break into, overload or copy the website in bulk, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

Reviews and Comments

Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We may hold or remove reviews and comments that are spam, abusive or unrelated.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including analytics, advertising and chat.

Third Party Services

We rely on services such as Razorpay (payments), Brevo (email), Google (analytics and ads), Microsoft Clarity (site analytics) and Botrize (chat). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Corporate Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.

Complaints

Email support@thecorporateweb.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
