SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We sell digital products only. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
How you receive your order
- Right after payment, the download link appears on the order confirmation page.
- The same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
- Your downloads also stay in My Account under Downloads, so you can download again on any phone or computer. Access is for life.
If something is missing
If you did not get the link within 24 hours, contact us with your order number and we will resend it.
Good to know
- Some bundles are large, so the download can take a while on a slow connection. Use a stable connection and enough storage.
- Use an email address you can open. We cannot deliver to an address that does not exist.
- Products are files you open on your own device. There is no separate learning platform and there are no login credentials to receive.
