The Corporate Web sells digital downloads: reels bundles, graphics, templates, ebooks and courses delivered as files. You receive them instantly after payment, so please read this before you buy.

Refunds

• Because a digital file cannot be returned, we do not refund a purchase because you changed your mind or no longer need it.
• If there is a real problem, we fix it first and refund if we cannot. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if the download link does not work, a file is damaged or will not open, the wrong product was delivered, or you were charged and did not get access.
• We usually reply within 24 hours.
• If we cannot solve the problem, we refund the order to your original payment method. A refund takes up to 7 business days to show in your account, depending on your bank or UPI app.
• If you were charged twice for one order, we refund the extra payment.
• Free bundles have no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

Cancellations

• Because access is instant, an order cannot be cancelled after payment. Check the product, its contents and its licence on the product page before you pay.
• If you have not paid yet, simply leave the checkout. You are not charged.
